Fees & Payments Policy

This Fees & Payments Policy, and all policies and additional terms posted on and in our sites, applications, tools, and services (collectively “Services”) set out the terms on which PostAdmin offers you access to and use of our Services.

Types of Fees

Sellers may be required to pay the following types of fees. Please note that all fees are listed exclusive of any value-added tax (VAT) or similar taxes that may apply. See the Taxes section below for more details. Please note that all service fees are non-refundable.

  1. Set-Up Fee
  2. Service Fee
  3. Transaction Fees
  4. Payment Processing Fees

1. Set-Up Fee

You may be required to pay a one-time set-up fee. If applicable, the set-up fee will be charged as part of your account set-up process. The set-up fee will only be charged after your PostAdmin account set-up is complete and you are able to receive orders on PostAdmin. The set-up fee amount varies and is based on individual needs at the time of set-up.

2. Service Fee

You will be charged a service fee per order received through PostAdmin. This is the easiest way to ensure PostAdmin can provide a scalable service that's competitive. The service fee amount will be determined based on a number of factors such as current or projected order volume and average order amount. The exact service fee amount will be agreed upon during our onboarding process. Service fees are deducted at the time of sale for orders placed with a credit card. For invoice orders, the service fee will be added to your account's service fee balance. If your account has an outstanding service fee balance, the next credit card order processed will automatically attempt to pay off or down the service fee balance.

Service Fees ensure PostAdmin can continually provide critical services including:

• Geolocation Services (Satellite View, Street View, Map Views, Distance Calculations, Zone Calculations, etc..)
• Routes Services (Optimized Routes, Route History, Route Planning, etc..)
• Order Image Storage (Installation Images, Removal Images, Delivery Images, Satellite and Street View Images, etc..)
• Order Attachment Storage
• Email Services
• Invoice Services
• Inventory Services
• Payroll Services
• Fast and Reliable Servers

3. Transaction Fees

For orders originating from PostAdmin's marketplace, you may be charged a transaction fee up to 3.5%. Transaction Fees do not apply to typical sign installation orders placed by your customers. For example: A buyer finds your products via PostAdmin's Services, and purchases a product other than a typical sign installation. Transaction Fees are designated to help offset the higher risk of sales that fall outside of our traditional order fulfillment workflow. Products may be opted-in or out of PostAdmin's Marketplace within the Products Edit/Save pages.

4. Payment Processing Fees

Payment processing fees are charged for each transaction made through PostAdmin. Payment processing fees vary based on the location of your bank account. In certain markets, a fixed deposit fee may be charged for the disbursement of seller funds that are under certain designated thresholds. The payment processing fee is assessed on the total amount of the sale, including tax and shipping. Payment processing fees are deducted from the sale amount in your payment account. PostAdmin currently charges 2.9% + 30 cents. High-volume sellers may qualify for lower processing fees.

Off-Platform Transactions

Buy and sell with confidence on PostAdmin. To ensure your safety and protect your transactions, all buying and selling must occur within the PostAdmin platform. Transactions conducted outside of PostAdmin are not covered by our secure payment system or policies and may expose both parties to fraud. For this reason, any attempt to take a transaction off-platform is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, encouraging buyers to complete a purchase through another site, using QR codes to redirect users, or conducting communication designed to bypass PostAdmin’s system. Listings must accurately reflect the item for sale and its price. Sellers are not permitted to change prices after a sale to avoid fees, misrepresent item locations, or access other users’ accounts without authorization.

Paying your PostAdmin Fees

PostAdmin automatically deducts all applicable fees from your payment account, except for the one-time set-up fee, which is typically charged to your card at the end of onboarding. As long as your payment account has sufficient funds, no further action is needed. If your payment account lacks sufficient funds, you are responsible for paying the full balance within 30 days of your monthly statement date. Failure to do so will result in your account being marked as past due, and PostAdmin may charge your saved payment method or take other steps to recover the amount.

If you make a sale while you have an outstanding balance, the net proceeds from that sale will be applied to your unpaid fees.

Chargebacks & Disputes

PostAdmin takes chargebacks and disputes very seriously. Any time a chargeback or dispute is filed, PostAdmin will conduct an internal investigation to ensure the Seller and Buyer are operating in good faith.

Chargebacks & Disputes may result in fees and account action.

• A $35 fee will be charged for each chargeback initiated, regardless of outcome.
• If the chargeback is resolved in the buyer's favor, an additional $35 fee will apply.
• Excessive chargebacks may result in a higher payment processing fee, or account suspension.
• You are responsible for all chargebacks related to your account, including those arising from disputes, unauthorized transactions, or insufficient funds.
• We encourage customers to contact PostAdmin Support to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks not only delay resolution but may also result in account review or suspension.

Taxes

You are responsible for collecting and remitting any taxes related to your sales on PostAdmin, including any applicable fines, penalties, or interest—whether assessed now or retroactively.

Marketplace Reporting of Seller Information

Where legally required, PostAdmin will report your personal details and details of your transactions to relevant goverrnmental authorities.

Changes to This Policy: We may update this Fees & Payments Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
