Communications Will Be Sent Electronically

For example, if language appearing next to a button on PostAdmin's website informs you that you will agree to certain terms by clicking the button, then your click of the button will have the same legal effect as signing an agreement on paper.
Delivery
PostAdmin may provide you with Electronic Communications by (a) emailing them to you at the email address listed in your PostAdmin account, (b) posting them on the PostAdmin website or mobile applications, or (c) making them available via a website designated in an email notice to you.
Technical Requirements to Receive Electronic Communications
In order to receive Electronic Communications, you must have the following:
• A computer or mobile device
• A connection to the internet
• An internet browser that supports 128 bit encryption, with cookies enabled
• An active email address
• Sufficient electronic equipment to store & print disclosures
Opting Out:
You may manage your preferences or opt out of promotional emails at any time using the "unsubscribe" link provided in those messages. However, you may not opt out of essential communications related to your account or transactions.
Withdrawing Consent for Electronic Communications
You may withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications at any time by sending your request to legal@postadmin.com
If you withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications, such withdrawal will only be effective after PostAdmin has had a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal (typically 3 months). Additionally, if you withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications, and PostAdmin is required to send you paper copies of communications, PostAdmin may cancel your access to the Services.
In order for PostAdmin to send you paper copies, your mailing address within your PostAdmin account must be current. PostAdmin reserves the right to charge you reasonable fees to cover the costs of sending you paper copies of Electronic Communications.
Updating Your Contact Information: It is your responsibility to keep your contact details (such as email address and phone number) up to date in your account settings to ensure delivery of electronic communications.
Security: While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, electronic communication may be vulnerable to interception or unauthorized access. Always use secure devices and networks when accessing your account or sensitive messages.
Changes to This Policy: We may update this Electronic Communications Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
